Zubereitung:
Den Inhalt eines Sticks in 500 - 1000 ml kaltem Wasser auflösen, gut umrühren oder schütteln, bis das Pulver vollständig gelöst ist. Das Getränk innerhalb von 12 Stunden nach der Zubereitung konsumieren.
Verzehrempfehlung:
1 Portion (1 Stick) pro Tag.
Für Kinder unter 10 Jahren nicht geeignet.
Verwendung bei sportlicher Aktivität:
1 Stick in Wasser auflösen. Etwa alle 15 Minuten 150 - 200 ml trinken. Ideal während und nach dem Training.
Hinweis:
Kühl, trocken und lichtgeschützt lagern. Außerhalb der Reichweite von kleinen Kindern aufbewahren. Eine ausgewogene, abwechslungsreiche Ernährung und ein gesunder Lebensstil sind wichtig. Mindestens haltbar bis Ende: Siehe Boden.
